Roasted & Salted Red Pistachio Kernels

Red pistachio kernels are directly roasted at 160ºC with addition max. 1%  salt. The product is directly presented to consumption. Due to its delicious taste and easy to use properties, it is indispensable for Luxury nut firms.

 

 

Roasted Unsalted Red Pistachio Kernels

Red pistachio kernels are directly roasted at 160ºC. It is used in halva sectors and production of chocolate.

In the products produced with high sensitivity, stone, shell, foreign matters, damaged kernels are sorted by high-tech.

 

 

Chopped Red Pistachio (1-3 mm and 3-5 mm)

Code: 007 

Produced by chopping red pistachio kernels many times. It can be produced as desired size ranged between 1 to 5 mm and moisture. Used in chocolate, halva and ice-cream sectors. Used for decoration of some products.

 

 

Chopped Red Pistachio (3-5 mm and 7-9 mm)

Code: 008 

Produced by chopping red pistachio kernels many times. It can be produced as desired size between 3 to 9 mm and moisture with 5% sieve tolerance. Used in chocolate, halva and ice-cream sectors.

 

Powdered Red Pistachio

Code: 009  

Produced by chopping red pistachio kernels so many times. It is obtained under 1 mm sieve. Used in chocolate, halva and ice-cream sectors for decoration of some products or making pistachio cream.
